A pivotal event designed to bring together over 5,000 staff members from across the organization to inspire, equip, and connect. This annual gathering serves as a platform for sharing best practices, learning new strategies, and fostering a deeper sense of community among those dedicated to the mission of introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith. Through a series of workshops, seminars, and keynote sessions led by experienced leaders and guest speakers, attendees gain valuable insights and practical tools to enhance their ministry efforts.
Branding
We brainstormed, concepted and came up with a excellent logo that please the client. It was then used throughout all materials at the conference. For all events we work on, we create the brand that carries throughout the event. It's an integral part of the event and we work hard to make it look professional and pleasing to the eye.
App and Website
We created an informational website for participants to use before they got to the event. Here the website gave all the necessary information that they would ever need so that they can feel completely prepared and ready for the event.
Signs and Banners
From directional signage, to large format banners, we brand events to help participants know where to go and experience the event to fullest. There is no doubt to where folks need to go.
Attendee Swag
Upon arrival, guests are given a gift bag that holds, nametags, lanyards and other fun swag to get participants excited to be there. Our team designed all the buttons, lanyards, name tags and more!
